The church dates back to 1901, with Reverend M.W. Miller as the first pastor. Throughout the years, the sanctuary was added and many new updates and renovations have been completed. This past year, the new owners have taken over and continued to improve this facility. By wedding season, new floors will be completed, a brand new bridal suite and grooms quarters, and a banquet room that can accommodate up to 150 guests.
Rental packages include the following:
-Use of the historic, vaulted ceiling sanctuary with quarter-sawn oak pews, Douglas fir stage, and acacia floors.
-Use of reception hall with exposed-beam ceiling.
-Two separate dressing suites for the bride and groom and their attendants, located on opposite sides of the venue so that no surprise is spoiled. Rooms are equipped with large mirrors
and comfortable seating.
-Parking lot in rear of building, with additional street parking where available.
-Use of the central courtyard.
-Two hours for rehearsal the week before the event (to be scheduled with staff)
-Guest tables and chairs.

I am looking to find a place to hold a school banquet. We are on a very tight budget of spending maybe $30 a person for about 70 people. I was wondering if you have anything that work for that with the buildings on 6th ave. Thank you!
