This unit has two bedrooms and a pull out hide-a-bed. Unit A is the top floor of the two-story home, and is only accessible from the outside. Two spacious and lavishly decorated bedrooms are at each end of the unit - with the full kitchen and living room sitting between them. Each bedroom has a full bathroom with a sunken tile tub and a shower.

All residents of La Jolla have full privileges to the pool area and beach -- which are within walking distance. The pool is about five yards from the ocean beach; and it has two hot tubs attached. The pool bar, restaurant, spa, and exercise facilities are independently run, and are open seasonally.
