Summer Wedding Season is About to Begin

As the 2006 Summer Wedding Season nears, we are receiving an exceptionally high volume of catering inquiries for the 2006 and 2007 Wedding Seasons. We are trying our best to meet with the brides, and get their proposals to them in a timely manner.

Our recommendations are as follows.

  1. Book a consultation as early as possible. Consultations are scheduled on a first come-first, first-serve basis. Most couples would like to meet Monday through Thursday evening after 5:00pm. If you are interested in this time frame, book a consultation as early as possible. If you are more flexible with mornings and afternoons, we have quite a bit more of that consultation time available.
  2. Even if your wedding is over nine months away book a consultation as early as possible. The sooner you meet with us, the sooner you will receive a written catering estimate and can then have that information to compare us with other caterers. Just because we meet, does not mean you have to book until you are ready, but the longer you wait, pricing may go up. After your pricing is in the computer and your event scheduled, your price is locked.
  3. After your no obligation consultation we recommend you book a tasting. Included with every consultation is a tasting. We at Gallucci's, offer you a tasting of the menu that is put together at the initial consultation, at a time that works for you. Instead of telling you how good our food tastes and looks, we will cook it for you. We will send a chef and assistant to your home to cook your custom menu for 4-6 guests.
  4. Once you have selected Gallucci's Catering to cater your wedding, make sure you put down your deposit. The 2005 season saw many couples get frustrated that we had filled their dates so quickly. The demand is great and the season is limited. Also, when you put down a deposit with Gallucci's Catering, you are only agreeing to use our services on that specified day, the services that you will by buying will be confirmed five days prior to your event.

  1. If you book a consultation with us we will come to your location on the day and time that works best for you. At this time we will provide you with a total price for all services inclusive of all taxes and gratuities. If we miss anything on your proposal, we will perform that service at your wedding absolutely free.
  2. If you like what you hear at this meeting, call us immediately to schedule a no obligation tasting. We will send a Chef and one assistant to cook your menu for you at your home for 4-6 guests. Most caterers use informal mass tastings at scheduled times and locations that are not as personal as the way we do it.
  3. 3. If you find a better deal, better service, or better food, then we don't believe that we deserve your business. That's the "Gallucci's Challenge", it's as simple as that.
