Gallucci's Catering, Inc. recently rolled out the red carpet, pulling out all the stops for one of our long-time clients Steven and Rita Nielsen, owners of Holroyd Concrete and Aggregate Company. Done in a festive big-top fashion to celebrate their monumental 100-years in business, this big-time bash turned into one of our largest and most entertaining corporate events ever.  Under a huge canopy of delight, we served more than 550 family and friends in dynamic Gallucci fashion. 
We hit a home run with our savory offerings, hitting all the cuisine bases -- and keeping our guests all coming back for more. With our multiple food stations: including our mouthwatering sea food delicacies, Asian, Italian and pasta possibilities, and our ever-popular hot chocolate fountain, everyone was wearing a smile, especially the guests that bounced between our Pina Colada and our fully-staffed Polynesian-themed bars. 
We also arranged for a day and evening full of endless (big-time) entertainment. Between the crafty pantomimes and magicians, a DJ, live decorative plants and live entertainment and even an award-winning photographer, when one of our clients wants a party, here at Gallucci's Catering, Inc. we are known for turning your dreams into reality. |
