Nothing says romance like a wedding with Gallucci's Catering, Inc., especially one held at the popular Olson Mansion.

Fast becoming one of the Northwest's premiere wedding hot spots, Gallucci's Catering had the recent privilege of offering one of our first weddings of the summer at this prestigious Maple Valley location. And, it will most likely go down in our hearts as being one of our most memorable occasions as well -- especially since we had the privilege to serve the mansion's owners (and our dear friends), Colleen and Jerry Solomon.

After 43-years of living a loving marriage in Christ, this couple's special renewal-of-their-vows ceremony was nothing short of spectacular. Combining the property's natural beauty and the Solomon's boundless love, mixed with the palpable TLC from their family and surrounding friends, this was one very special event to witness.

Shortly after their touching ceremony and a stint of fun with our preferred friend Scott Turner Photography, it was soon... onto an evening of dance and dining -- Gallucci's style.
