Gallucci’s Tacoma Catering, the Puget Sound’s premier catering company for the past 27 years, announces its recent transfer of ownership. Treia Gallucci, wife and partner to the company’s late founder, Ronald Gallucci, Jr., has sold the company to Adrielle Flinders.

Adrielle shadowed under the direction and supervision of the late Ronald Gallucci, Jr. for seven years. “Adrielle shares a love for Gallucci’s Catering (which is what makes the company special) and I believe her to be the best choice for taking Ronald Gallucci’s vision of food quality, presentation and service to the next level and into the next generation” says Mrs. Gallucci.

Adrielle is a lifetime resident of Tacoma and is married with two children. Her strong background in the food industry began at the age of ten, working the counters of Planet Burrito, a family owned business. Upon her return from San Diego State with a Business Marketing degree, she again joined the current family business, The Cloverleaf, in Tacoma. She looks forward to taking the reins of Gallucci’s Catering and being part of its future growth. “What Ronald Gallucci, Jr. started is very important to me and he is still very much a part of us and we want to keep it that way,” says Adrielle.

All executive staff, including executive chef, Ivan De La O, chef staff, and crews will remain in place allowing Gallucci’s Catering to make a seamless transition while continuing to thrive in Tacoma and the surrounding areas. “Gallucci’s Catering will continue to offer the same phenomenal product and services to its clients, prospective clients, and associates, while implementing new and improved ideas on conducting business,” says Adrielle.

Gallucci’s Catering is a full service catering company with an extensive menu and package options that include décor, rental items, and other event related services. The company caters events of all sorts and sizes including, but not limited to, weddings, corporate events, private parties, auctions, funerals, and fundraisers. Gallucci’s Catering also operates a cafe for the kidney care giant, DaVita, at their Federal Way location and invites you to stop by and enjoy a gourmet cafeteria menu prepared with Gallucci’s Catering quality and style. The cafe is open to the public M-F from 10:00am to 2:00pm. Also available at this location is a coffee bar which operates M-F from 7:00am to 2:00pm.
