This delicious bunch will take place at West of the Waterway, Tacoma’s newest waterfront venue. We will have four food stations and, we will also be offering a variety of beverages, including mimosas and bloody marys.

STATION 1:

FLUFFY SCRAMBLED EGGS -with Tillamook cheddar cheese
SLICES OF BACON
HOMESTYLE BREAKFAST POTATOES -with diced onions and peppers
SAUSAGE GRAVY W/BISCUITS -fluffy biscuits with thick gravy
SAUSAGE LINKS
 

STATION 2:

IMPORTED AND DOMESTIC CHEESE DISPLAY W/CRACKERS -includes, Cheddar, Colby Jack, Swiss, Brie
CLASSIC CAESAR SALAD -homemade croutons, freshly grated parmesan cheese, tossed in a creamy caesar dressing
GALLUCCI’S SIGNATURE ITALIAN PASTA SALAD -salami, provolone cheese, olives, red and green peppers, onions, baby corn, tossed in an herb vinaigrette
SMOKED SALMON DISPLAY W/HERBED CREAM CHEESE -lemons, capers and served w/assorted crackers, sliced baguettes, and mini bagels
FRESH FRUIT AND VEGETABLE DISPLAY

STATION 3:

CHEF CARVED PRIME RIB -served with red wine au jus and horseradish sauce
BONELESS CHICKEN MARSALA -lightly coated chicken with a creamy marsala wine and mushroom sauce
BONELESS CHICKEN PICCATA -boneless chicken covered in a lemon butter sauce topped with capers and parsley
ROTINI W/MARINARA SAUCE -with homemade meatballs
CAVATAPPI AND CHEESE -cavatappi noodles layered with fontina, gruyere, Parmesan and goat cheeses
ASSORTED RUSTIC BREAD -served w/ whipped garlic and pesto butter
