Every month members from the National Association of Catering Executives (NACE) get together for a meeting to chat about catering news, listen to guest speakers, network and of course EAT. Not only is this a fabulous way for industry workers to get together and talk, these end up being quite the parties. From the food to the decor when you get event planners and caterers together, we would expect nothing less. At the beginning of summer, we had the pleasure of hosting a NACE meeting and let me tell you, it was SO MUCH FUN. We thought we would share some of the details with you all.

Thinking of ideas for an event can be hard at times. When working in this industry some trends and decor can get a tad repetitive and to be honest a little basic. We wanted to do something different and fun. So, we took it to facebook! We asked our followers to tell us what they thought of when they think PACIFIC NORTHWEST and we got some great feedback!
