OPTIONS #1: MONDAY, March 30th & TUESDAY, March 31st

Taco Bar – shredded chicken, carnitas, pico del gallo, sour cream, shredded lettuce, shredded cheese, and flour tortillas. Served with rice and beans.

OPTION #2: WEDNESDAY, April 1st & THURSDAY, April 2nd

Braised Beef Short Ribs-marinated boneless beef short ribs browned and slowly baked in a sour cherry demi-glace. Served with garlic mashed potatoes, steamed baby carrots and a mixed green salad.

Serves 4-$28.95

OPTION #3: FRIDAY, April 3rd

Asiago Cheese Tortellini Bake (Gallucci’s newest pasta dish) pesto, Alfredo and marinara sauces with mushrooms, onions and peppers topped and baked with Asiago cheese. Served with Gallucci’s Caesar salad and rolls.

Serves 4 – $22.95
Add grilled chicken or sliced andouille sausage for $4.00
Add cookies for $5.00

Pick up times will be between 3:30 –5:30 pm daily at West of the Waterway(1901 Dock Street, under Henry Apartments) or 12 – 2(M, W, F) at DaVita Café in Federal Way(32275 32nd Avenue South). If you would like to order for multiple dates, you may just list on one form but will pick up the food on specified date.
